Bethora

Bethora is an Amarr Holder who is part of the Ardishapur Family. She is the mother of Keral and her personal manservant is Javies. Her husband was a workaholic who met an untimely death. After his death, she began to push her son to achieve greater things. At some point, she had a brief affair with Bater, whose wife, Raana, she was acquainted with.

When Keral died in a ship competition accident, Bethora ordered the doctor to clone him, despite the Scriptural doctrine of Sacred Flesh forbidding royals from being cloned. However, the cloning procedure went bad and Keral was rendered mentally malformed. Raana's son Selan, who was serving as Keral's partner in the competition, also died. Raana blamed Keral for his death and intimated that she was aware of Bethora's violation of Scripture.[1]
