Note that there's also a small chance of faction ship BPC's of the type of the complex (i.e., 1-3 = faction frigate, 4-6 = faction cruiser, 7-10 = faction BS) in the final overseer's cargo (confirmed by your author), faction item drops (confirmed by your author) and officer spawns occurring (possibly apocryphal).

It is, however, worth noting that not all items have an exact equivalent. For example, while each of the Angel/Domination officers have a stasis webifier, no equivalent deadspace module exists. Similarly, officers drop only large armor repairers and shield boosters, so there are no officer versions of items like the Pithi A-Type Small Shield Booster.
