User talk:Pilk
Hi Pilk!
About the Crimson hand (6/10)... ...does it always drop deadspace loot?
Because I did it 2 times any only got effects.
So the page Crimson Hand Supply Depot should reflect that. It should say "it can drop", but not "it drops". hm? — The preceding unsigned comment was left by Mairon Deadeye (talk • contribs)
Template:Editprotected
Hi,
I removed your template as we'd like to keep as many pages open as possible. The approval system stops vandalism or most detrimental edits, and discussion pages can used to talk about edits to a page if you as an author disagree with them.
Where appropriate edit locks can be applied but simply asking in the discussion page is the way to request it.

- Eschatologist, thank you for the explanation. However, that doesn't explain how we're supposed to raise the issue of a requested edit to a protected page such that it will be noticed. Short of patrolling all new edits, how would anyone with the ability to make the change know that an edit to a protected page had been requested? That's the purpose of Template:Editprotected; it quickly brings attention to uncontroversial (or controversial, but consensus-approved) edits. See the template at Wikipedia for details.

CSM Issue?
Pilk, read your post in Community Portal: Talk and wanted to ask if you would interested in writing up a submittal (co-author if you will) in regards to the issues you addressed in your post and others that are cropping up as we build content. CCP Ginger has repeatedly told me that the community should present any issues it has with Evelopedia through the CSM; I don't want to do it half-way. I want to make sure we present our issues, address their known concerns, provide data concerning vandalism & questionable content on larger wikis, the value of crowd sourcing (users fixing changes faster than the ISD/CCP team), etc. Let me know. --Dex Nederland 17:47, 13 June 2009 (GMT)

Apologies to anyone who attempted to contact me through my Talk page; apparently, the software only sends you updates on your Talk page once you've already edited it once. So, from ---here--- down, I'll get an email if you write something here that you'd like for me to read.
