This is the second mission of the Amarr Epic Arc "Right to Rule". There should not be any standing requirement. The mission starts in Nayheen.

Objective
Investigate the disappearance of Kandus Sandar's agent. Recover his reports at all costs.
Return 1 x Reports (0.1 m3) to agent.
Details
The previous mission brings you to the station to pick up this mission. This is a combat mission consisting of three waves of enemies. The next wave is not triggered until the previous wave is completely defeated. The last ship killed in the final wave drops the reports.
