Note that there's also a small chance of faction ship BPC's of the type of the complex (i.e., 1-3 = faction frigate, 4-6 = faction cruiser, 7-10 = faction BS) in the final overseer's cargo (confirmed by your author), faction item drops (confirmed by your author), and officer spawns occurring (possibly apocryphal).
