DED Rated Complexes are hidden sites in space requiring the use of scanner probes to be located. Some of these sites were once marked by CONCORD warp beacons but now can only be found by exploration. Occasionally, these sites can be located from clues found by the escalation of a Cosmic Anomaly. Typically DED-Rated Complexes, like most other Cosmic Signatures, must be found in a system by scanning them down with Core Scanner Probes. In the scanner interface, DED Complexes will appear in the "Group" column as "Unknown" signatures when scanned above 25% signal strength. Pirate Commanders and Overseers are commonly found in these sites holding valuable loot. Their Personal Effects may also be sold to CONCORD as a reward for law enforcement.
DED Complex List
* The 6/10 Angel Pirates/Serpentis corporation complexes do not exist as such. However, the Angel Mineral Acquisition Outpost and Serpentis Logistical Outpost are regarded by CCP as the complexes intended to fill their spot;

** There are no 9/10 DED rated complexes, some consider the [faction] Fleet Staging Point to be their equivalent;
