Labeling something as PVP isn't descriptive enough for squad or solo based combat with Pirates. Gate camping and Ransoming are all forms of PVP too. Roaming is the correct terminology or some alternate of Squad would be more fitting to explain Pirates who roam system to system for victims to rob/pirate.
