Just was there. In part 2, the launcher was not in the Plagioclase Field but in the other pocket (Scordite Field or whatever). When I finished the mission with my Minmatar alt, a Small 'Wolf' Shield Extender Blueprint (3 run, copy, material level: 5, productivity level: 2) was rewarded. As Caldari the reward was the 'Dyad' Co-Processor like described.

In the process of running these using my Gellie character. The reward offered for this mission was 1x Medium 'Gattotte' Capacitor Booster Blueprint (10 runs, copy, material level: 5, productivity level: 2) with a bonus reward of ISK. Not having run these on any other character it is difficult to see if the reward follows a pattern based on race.
