20141209 - release of Rhea brought with it the first of four T3 tactical destroyers, the Confessor.
20150707 - release of Aegis brought with it the last of four T3 tactical destroyers, the Hecate.
It may be time to add these to the evelopedia soon. Then again, prior to release ccp could just add the info here to be sure players can read all about the new ships on release date.
