Federation Soltueur Stolen

May YC 107 A Serpentis strike force consisting of Salvador Sarpati and several high-level commanders and operatives in his personal army steal one of the six Soltueur titans, the Molyneux, together with dozens of frigates and a number of cruisers and battleships. Questions arise about President Foiritan's apparent unwillingness to send troops outside the jurisdiction of CONCORD to chase after the stolen vessel.

Vulnerable after Mordu's Legion had departed the region, the Serpentis take over Outer Ring and become involved with ORE.

Gallente Regional Drugs Squad

April and August YC 109 Inspector Xavier is first mentioned during a succesful drugs raid at The Cat's Whiskers nightclub. Four months later his squad intercepts a Serpentis Carrier loaded with Rise. The Placid Militia and Illoren are however not happy he takes all credit for this second catch. During a peaceful protest three Illoren members get arrested on charges of 'Interfering with official FIO investigation, which touches upon direct interests of the Federation'.
