Marks against account (CSM)

Summary
Currently when a mark is placed against your account the only mechanism employed by CCP is an email is sent to the external mailbox associated with the account. An evemail may also be generated. If for whatever reason the email account is unavailable you will be completely unaware of any actions taken against you. You will also have to remember that you've received the emails years after the fact.
Solution
Add the warnings to the account properties on the website
