Echelon. Today
Echelon. is a privately run alliance which is used to support trade, logistics and a number of other roles. Kirra Liu is the founder and current manager of Echelon. but as Kirra is not an official member a holding alt is used instead named Echelon Administrator.
Creation
Echelon. was created as a project by Kirra Liu on 6th August 2008. The initial plan was to have Echelon. as a form of mega corporation with different divisions. The primary focus was going to be industry although this project was very short lived due to a number of restrictions in and out of Eve. Once the plans were dropped Echelon. became more of a personal tool.
Future
Eventually Echelon. maybe given a new lease of life. There are plans however they are long term and things happen so fast in Eve that nothing can be taken for granted. Numerous offers to Purchase Echelon. have been made but all have been turned down.
Policy & Rules
When pilots fly under the Echelon. banner there are very few rules to follow. They are simply; no can flipping, no noob baiting, do not shoot or steal from blues and all members must treat eachother with respect.
