Display Driver Stopped Working
Some users receive the error "Display Driver Has Stopped Responding" from their task bar after a 2-5 second screen flash (The screen flashes black and then back again).
It would seem that the error mainly occurs with the onboard Intel cards and there seems to be a generic fix for it.
The Fix
1. Press CTRL + ALT + F12 or navigate Start > Control Panel > Intel(R) graphics and media.
2. Navigate to the side tab called '3D'.
3. Ticket the Custom Settings box, if the Custom Settings box does not exist, proceed to External Step 1.
4. Change your settings as follows (Feel free to ignore this step if you know what you're doing from hereon):
Texture Quality: Performance
Anisotropic Filtering: 2x
Vertex Processing: Enable Software Processing
Vertical Sync: On
5. Click Apply, and then click Okay.
6. Restart the EVE Online Client.
7. Attempt to play, if it has not been fixed, open a petition or bug report.
External Steps
1. Look for a box which says "Vertical Sync".
2. Make sure the drop down has selected "On".
3. Click Apply, and then click Okay.
4. Restart the EVE Online Client.
