Cargo Scanner I

Cargo Scanners allow some of the contents of a cargo hold to be examined: items (except containers) in a ship's cargo hold, and the contents of any containers in the same cargo hold. Using a cargo scanner on a locked container located inside a ship will allow the scanning pilot to view the contents of the locked container.

Cargo scanners also work on some NPC structures.
