Content	Fellow researchers, It is with a heavy heart that I have to start this subject. But it has to be adressed with haste. As some of you may have noticed, I have been monitoring the activity of the Arek'Jaalan members and the officers. I have also kept track of all activity regarding Dr. Hilen Tukoss and his staff. What some of you may not know is that is has allready been 92 days since we had last seen the dear doctor in the channels. So this raises the question to what has actually happened. We have spend a great deal of effort, thousands of manhours and billions of credits building this project into what it is today. So come January of this year SEC started an attempt to cut through the red tape and persistent stonewalling of CONCORD and Eifyr & co. Alas to no effect, Eifyr seems inresponsive to any means of comms, downright ignoring our departments requests for information. Attempts were made to contact a close friend of the doctor by the name of Ypier Luminet, but even he has not responded to the mails and invitations. To put the matter bluntly, Arek'Jaalan has been abbandoned by its leadership. Its internal structure is self supporting, however due to lack of guidance, activity levels have slipped to as little as 10% of what we have seen in the past. The matter needs to be adressed openly. A meeting has been planned to discuss our course of action from this point on. Ive written a small list of talking points. We would appreciate it if you're all able to make it for the meeting. TP's: - Whats the current status of Hilen Tukoss. Is he alive? If so where is he? - How can we contact him? - What is our course of action at this point, our obvious intention is to keep going, but what is gonna happen without guidance from the doctor? - What is going to be done about the persistent problem that is the security of site one? - If we have been abandoned, will this stop the construction of site one? What about the billions of isk and materials donations? - More to come in the following days! Content	Michael, A thoughtfully calculated proposal. However, I'm after a little clarification on the following point of your rallying call: "What is going to be done about the persistent problem that is the security of site one?" I would presume that as 'SEC Branch Co-lead' and 'Strategist & Operational Advisor' for OVERSIGHT you've already thought to ask your fellow Nation loyalists - Kybernetes Moros, Ghost Hunter, Degen Sankriga and so on - to cease their attacks on Site One? Could you perhaps furnish the diplomatic requests you've forwarded to this lot so as I can compare them to what my informants haven't passed on to me? I'm sure it's not true, but there would be some on the mailing list who might see a theoretical link between events which include Sansha's declaration that A'J would burn, a Nation loyalist being responsible as co-lead for a SEC branch suffering 'persistant problems' and the fact that many of these 'persistant problems' with Site One are the result of Nation loyalist actions. On the surface, at least, there appears to be a common denominator there. Until we can somehow prove these hypothetical links completely without basis there might be some problems with said Nation loyalist / SEC branch Overseer suggesting that the project be abandoned.
