Content	Greetings all, A quick note: From now on, all papers, research proposals, experiment outlines, etc should have a unique project name. I've already edited extant works in progress to have new names, so that I can continue work organizing our portals without delay. The changes are listed below: Note: Pages may be moved / renamed / deleted to reflect these changes. No content should be lost, however.
