Add meta column in item detail list view (CSM)

Summary

In hangars and cargobays, the items can be viewed in 3 ways: Icon view, detail view and list view (which is just the detail view minus the item icons). The detail and list view show several item attributes: group, size, slot. However, it does not show the meta level of an item. Since meta level indicates the quality of an item, it is useful for players to be able to sort their items by meta level (for ease of reprocessing low quality items for example).

Solution

Add a meta level column to the detail and list view.

• Easier seperating potentially valuable items from potentially crap items.
