Born a lowly tinkerers' son in the Caldari Border Zone, Ixion Tectonic worked his own way through a public academy. He was apprenticed under an elderly starship captain as an electronics/EW specialist, and was taught to fly using "old school" techniques. When the captain died, he gifted his Bantam to Ixion, who began his new life as a pod pilot.

In his adventures throughout the galaxy, Ixion found a calling and a new direction within the embrace of the Amarr Empire. His deep rooted Caldari business sensibilities saw the incredible cost efficiencies brought by slave labor and laser weapon technology, so it was a natural fit, and a profitable one. He joined the Amarrian loyalist corporation IONSTAR, and the rest is history...

Rising within the ranks to the trusted role of Director, Ixion eventually won the trust and esteem of his peers, and was accepted as CEO in 2006. When the opportunity arose to join CVA the corp rallied, presented their case for consideration, and were accepted.

Personal issues led Ixion to be stuck on a planet for several months, and limited communication with the corporation and alliance. This brief lack of leadership and feedback caused a rift within the corp, and it unraveled to the point that CVA leadership decided they were better off without IONSTAR in their ranks.

With his return to New Eden, Ixion found himself without an Alliance, and removed from CEO within IONSTAR. Further, the rift had split those who stayed within other corps in CVA, those who had taken off to parts unknown, and the remainder who had either quit or gone inactive themselves.

Ixion is currently rallying, and has reconnected with several old corpmates in wormhole space. A tower, a dozen ships and a fresh resolve to make his mark within New Eden drive him to make every missile count.
