Olaer

Olaer is an old Thukker who dislikes the attitude of most of the Nefantar and Starkmanir refugees awaiting entry to the Republic, as well as the attitude of the 'new type of Thukker' that advocated moving to the Republic. An observant and opinionated man, he once told three Thukker men what he thought of them and they rewarded him with a beating. Yane came to his rescue.
