Kasora Neko

Kasora Neko is the Grand Admiral of the Minmatar Fleet. At one point she discussed the Elder Invasion and Amarr reprisal with an unknown captain. She agreed that capsuleers should be put to fight in lowsec space, where millions of undefended people lived.
