Summary
The official database dump is a source for many 3rd party Eve-API developers working to create tools for the game. However, the release of updated database dumps is not synchronized with the release of game updates. This can cause the database dumps to be delayed, which delays the development or updating of 3rd party tools.
Solution
It is desired CCP incorporates the release of new database exports in their release process for game updates. This way, a new update should be made available as soon as a new update is made available.
