Overview
Tunai Moran was the Jovian Ambassador to the CONCORD Assembly who was tasked with the responsibility of explaining Misu Baniya's death. Tunai Moran revealed that Misu Baniya's brainscan had not been completed before his disintegration, resulting in a faulty clone activation.
