Notification for not-routed PI product (CSM)

Summary

Especially in large PI production networks, it can go unnoticed that a single product is not routed to a spaceport, command center or storage silo. In some cases this may be intentional, but in most cases this is simply an oversight on the player's part and it causes the colony to operate at less than optimal efficiency.

Solution

A (small) blinking notification or indicator on the extractor or processor window alerting us to unrouted goods would be a great benefit to ensure things run as smoothly as possible.
