Summary

Unfortunately, some players still find their accounts compromized by hackers. In most cases only ISK and assets are removed, but recently their characters are being sold as well. Customer support cannot undo these sales, thus leaving the player with nothing as their skillpoints will be taken as well.

To prevent this from happening, players should be able to lock their character to their account, preventing it being traded until unlocked, a procedure which should take a long time (a week has been suggested).
