Talk:IGB Known Issues

• Some pages designed for the old IGB may not work, or may work with limited success. A compatibility mode may be implemented in the future, which should allow these sites to function properly.

Hint: The USER_AGENT was changed from EVE-minibrowser to EVE-IGB in the Moondoggie-based client. Modifying the check for the user-agent accordingly will make the ingame pages work in those cases.

Hint: Unlike the pre-Moondoggie clients, the background is not black by default anymore so the page must have their background-color set if different than white.

USER_AGENT changed

The USER_AGENT has changed again. It *includes* EVE-IGB, but it now has (at least as of a day or two ago) various other pieces of information in it as well showing various capabilities it has. --Twistalous 08:50, 9 October 2009 (UTC)
