Vitor Dranera

Vitor Dranera is an Amarrian torturer. He was in charge of the torture of Forte, which mainly involved demonstrating various Amarrian torture devices - such as the Sin Eater and Holy Star - using live victims. After the demonstrations, Dranera left Forte to be killed by the Holy Star. Forte escaped the Holy Star, only to be later killed by a security device. In reality, it had been Dranera's intent to observe Forte escape, as others had managed to get away from the Holy Star before, and Dranera wanted to discover how.[1]
