Sansha Hideaway is a cosmic anomaly found in high-sec, you can easily run this in a t1 frigate.
Wave 1:
2x Centii Minion
Wave 2: "More hostiles arrive at the site."
2x Centii Scavenger
Wave 3: "Squadron Commander: Recon squad returning to base as per orders."
2x Centii Minion
Wave 4: "Another group of ships answers the site's distress call."
1x Centi Plague.
