Travel to Tervis Jak's loaction and speak with him. He is an interactable NPC located in a ship in space. To complete the mission simply approach his ship, select him and either use the right-click menu to speack to him or the button above your overview. Speacking to him completes the mission automatically and he offers you the next one. (Of Interest)
