I am in the process of training Electronics Upgrades to level 5. I would like to add the skill book Covert Ops to the training queue so that it will start training Covert Ops right after Electronics Upgrades is trained to level 5. It will not let me do that. Why not? It would be in the training queue after the required Electronics Upgrades is trained to level 5. Davidus Julius
