Ethanpow is the Current Executor of Drakeal Federation, a Chimera Pilot. running the alliance that is empty, pretty much Dull. though he wants to goto 0.0 with a Outpost under his control to build ships and give them away. everyone seems to have taken space that is owned by themselves, its almost impossible to get 0.0 without getting messed up or Screwed over in the mean time.
