Fleet Commander

A fleet commander is the person who starts to form up a fleet and is the leader of the whole pack, he can sort all squadrons and make ppl wing commander or squad commander he can also give fleet to someone else, but still stay FC, when in fleet you must follow orders from your FC through TS or ventrillo or Eve voice or chat. To be a good fc you need some multitasking skillz to run a proper gang without yelling and panicking when your getting targeted, you have toremain calm and give the proper example to your fleetmembers.
