Ishtar, passive for level 4 missions

High Slots:

• At least one non-cap using gun, maybe a 125mm Gatling Cannon I
• Drone Link Augmentor I

Medium Slots:'

• 4x Large Shield Extender II
• 1x Invulnerability Field II or a passive rat specific hardener

Low Slots:

• 5x Shield Power Relay II or Beta Reactor Control: Shield Power Relay I

Rig Slots:

• 2x Core Defence Field Purger I

Drones:

• 5x Garde I (short range)
• 5x Warden I (long range)

Example: This is a medium skill, medium cost setup for Gallente players with heavy drone. It has a passive shield tank that is always active. It has a major problem with CPU usually.
