Evelopedia Guide should be promoted to top.
Since the Evelopedia is just starting, it would be very useful for contributors if Guide is promoted into the front page link directly under Evelopedia Policies. Particularly in reference to things like adding (Player Corporation) or (Player Alliance) after those two instances, since every corp and their dog are going to want to write about this stuff first (IMHO).
COSMOS link
The link under missions for COSMOS Systems links to 0.0 COSMOS constellations thereby excluding all empire COSMOS--Simmith 12:24, 11 December 2008 (UTC)
Moving "Backstory" link
That's a usefu/importantl section, and its hidden right at the bottom. What about moving it to the Quick Reference section, underneath Eve Fiction category - Dropbear
Period Consistancy
A minor detail but some of the link explainations end with a period while some do not. As the page is locked I could not fix this. Very minor I know :) - Winters Chill
Move categories to the top
First time I checked out the new wiki site and I completely missed the categories down at the bottom of this page and wondered where all the content was hidden.
Newcomers who want to browse should see the categories more prominently, like at the top of the this page.
Auto linking is overzealous
The Autolinking feature on saving an article is currently overzealous, and needs some additional rules added to it:
- Do not autolink to the same page that is being written
- eg. the Factional Warfare page contains links to Factional Warfare
- Do not autolink to redirects to the same page that is being written
- eg. the Factional Warfare page has links to FW
- Do not autolink on the same word more than once in a sub-heading area
- Eg. You don't need to links to Serenity Steele more than once in a document level, because a second link to Serenity Steele does not assist the reader and only makes it harder to read.
