H A V O C (Player corporation)
Origins
HAVOC was formed by Alex Under (formerly of 0utbreak) on July 14th, 2008. The corporation rapidly grew to over 100 active members within its first week, largely made up of former 0utbreak & Firmus Ixion pilots. HAVOC not unlike its predecessor (0utbreak), set out to establish itself as one of the fiercest pvp corporations in eve. Different from 0utbreak as HAVOC would be more focused on territorial warfare and establishing sovereignty in nullsec. Three days after the founding HAVOC joined Body Count Inc, Celestial Apocalypse, Game-Over, & Corp 1 All-stars in an alliance known as The Requiem.
Fountain Campaign
Shortly after joining, The Requiem began the invasion of fountain with the assistance of allies consisting of Unnatural Selection & Cosmic Anomalies. Initial focus was on Elitist Cowards which held sovereignty in northern fountain. Resistance was minimal and the RQM quickly established a base of operations in PNQY-Q. The first few weeks of the campaign was very successful and for Elitist Cowards it seemed the end was nigh. RQM then started turning their focus towards Sons of Tangra. After a few skirmishes and hot drops, it was obvious that SoT was going to put up a bit more of a fight than their neighbors.
It wasn't until the siege of 7BX-6F when Pandemic Legion finally showed up. While RQM was sieging one of the hostile towers in the system, two hostile cyno pilots warped in at about 150km off of the RQM capital fleet and dropped cynos. Immediately (as far as lag allowed) hostile PL capitals started jumping into the system and dropping into siege. While the hostile capitals were being cyno'd in, a few hostile interdictors tried to lock down RQM capitals. Fortunately they were able to warp into short range distance of the hostile PL fleet and drop into siege. Due to being at the end of a tower pounding operation, RQM dread pilots were limited in stront, and most were only able to fight with a single cycle of siege. The fight lasted in excess of an hour and final results were ultimately in PL's favor.
It wasn't long after the 7BX-6F capital fight, that things started to go downhill with the campaign. Internal conflict and strife plagued The Requiem to the point of Game-Over, & Corp 1 Allstars disbanding from the alliance. It was decided that HAVOC would go its own way shortly after.
The Cadre
Unwilling to join another doomed alliance, and already being set in his ways. Alex Under created an alliance called The Cadre. HVC planned on moving into the FADE region and engaging Axiom Empire along with other GBC allies. Altho after some weeks of wallet recovery, it was decided against. The Cadre. was short lived.
Triumvirate
An offer that could not be refused, an opportunity that could not be ignored. HAVOC packed up and made its way to Vale of the Silent to join in the campaign to bring about the painful death of the Northern Coalition.
