Sepherim (Character)

Sepherim is a controversial Ni-Kunni pilot who claims to always back the best interest of the Empire, but whose words have made many doubt such a claim is true. He is the Keter of the Ordo Quaesitoris, organization he created little after obtaining his pilots license.
