Hamad ul-Shattan is the commanding officer for the 124th KR Cyberknights Squadron-KS, an Amarrian reserve unit from the Khanid Kingdom. He is usually found in the Amarr-Minmatar warzone, raiding against the baseliners and trading on the slave market. He is attentive but emotionally and tonally flat, as his eyes, face, and his arms have dignificant cybernetic augmentation. He wears a Men's Imperial War Reserves Jacket with the Khanid inverted crown in the places where the Amarr crown is typically displayed. Under his Amarrian rank of Tribunus Colonel is the Khanid Slave Trader Insignia.
