As of YC 114,[1] the Matar Society for Natural Preservation was an organization whose scope included spearheading the Genesis Vaults project, a task that had been initiated by the Thukker tribe. The project was funded by Native Freshfood and involved billions of ISK as well as years of dedicated research.
The organization was led by a "foreman," namely Gunger Anra.
Alleged Angel Cartel capsule pilots referred to the organization as "savages" and "gardeners" in messages that were intercepted by an unknown party and leaked to independent news outlets.
