The VR7 Combat Actuated Chassis is designed by Viziam as Combat-Ready MTAC.
Overview
Equipment
The VR7 Combat Actuated Chassis is outfitted with a variety of weapons and armor systems. Many of the weapons are interchangable, and all are highly effective.
For weapons, the VR7 CAC is outfitted with several Laser-based weapon systems as well are Missle launchers and Electro-Magnetic Pulse Devices. Implanted in the "chest-piece" of the VR7CAC is 3 Templar Combat Issue Electro-Magnetic Pulse Devices. These devices are stringed together via conduits to provide maximum effect. These devices are capable of neutralizing low to mid-grade weapon systems and equipment, as well as almost all commercial items.
The VR7CAC also has a pair of discreet Missle Tubes on the upper fore-arms, which are capable of launching GTX9 Combat Rockets. These Rockets have several implanted containers, and when launched cause both kinetic and thermal damage. The thermal damage can be set to spread out, and cause damage in a certain width or length, making it one of the most effective ground-side missles in New Eden.
JVX Crusader Assault Turrets are also equipped on the VR7CAC. These turrets are outfitted both on the shoulders and lower fore-arms of the VR7CAC. These turrets are capable of switching between different frequency chrystals. The Chrystals can be selected by the user.
The VR7CAC is not only equipped with offensive weapons however. The VR7CAC is outfitted with Nano-Repair Panels, as well as advanced scanning systems, multiple protective layers, and even a pair of shield generators.
One of the more stand-out features is the XV12 Lift System, which allows the VR7CAC to lift weights up to 6000 lb. The VR7CAC is also outfitted with a TX127 Jump Pack, which is capable of propelling the YR7CAC upwards up to 50 feet. This can be used to position the YC7CAC ontop of buildings.
Usage
The YC7CAC is currently being used by the Sanctum Militia, as well as specialized groups within the Imperial Navy.
