The Theology Council Evangelism Church is a storefront scam created to bilk isk from Amarrians to support Missionary work in New Eden outside of the Amarr Empire. The operators of this scam have to stay completely out of the Amarr Empire for the correct fear of prosecution for the heresy they propagate.
Their motivations seem to be selfish and glory seeking but perverting the Scriptures, and using the name of the Theology Council as cover for a isk scam will at the least have them spending time in a cleansing pit, prior to having their names struck from the "Book Of Records" and being placed in slavery for their crimes, religious fraud is not tolerated in the Amarr Empire.
