I've done this site twice now, and neither time has the "Lab Wave" triggered. when the drug lab is attacked or destroyed. The loot/salvage from the prior waves is ~2M ISK, without those final waves this is very low paying.

Give it few more runs: maybe it's chance based. There are some fairly old screenshots of the lab wave here http://mangooses.moy.su/publ/3-1-0-11 (02.11.2008). It's possible things have changed since then though. If that's the case, it would be nice to know what the trigger for the Commander Wave has become.
