Alternate Brain Link

The Alternate Brain Link implant (Alt) was first discovered in the bodies of Sansha fighters in the aftermath of incursion fleets. The origin of the implant was unmistakable, bearing the ingenuity and insanity of Sansha Kuvakei, but it's function remained shrouded in layers of indecipherable code and foreign wiring.

Concord passed the implant onto an outside research organization rumored to be led by a capsuleer, though this was never proven. It was there the device was studied thoroughly with a team of scientist with extensive knowledge in the various augmentations of EVE. (Why there was so much interest in the device was never revealed) It was found the device was missing a Sister implant and was necessary for unraveling the mysteries behind it's function.
