Faction 

The largest NPC group unit. Equivalent to a player alliance, they contain member corporations.

Factional Warfare 

Ongoing warfare between NPC factions that players may participate in by enlisting at a militia office.

Fiend 

(slang) The name by which the terrorist, Aki Onikori, more commonly goes by

FC 

(initial) Fleet Commander.

Fleet Commander 

The pilot in charge of a fleet.

Focuseds

1. (abbr.) Focused Medium Beam Lasers and variations.

2. (abbr.) Focused Medium Pulse Lasers and variations.

FTL

1. (initial) Faster than light.

2. (initial) For the Loss. Denotes a failed attempt or something bad happening.

FTW 

(initial) For the Win. Denote a successful attempt or something good happening.
