Talk:Reporting Crashes

Sorry if there is already a thread addressing this or explaining similar problems as this one, but for the past two days I have not been able to log on to my account through the EVE client. Every time I try to do so, it freezes for a while then says "Socket is Closed." But when I hit the "Connect" button again, it brings me to the character screen, but the portrait boxes are empty and there is no "enter" button. I have tried re installing the client, repairing it, clearing the cache & settings, and searching for answers about it on Google. And I have yet to find anything that works. Please help, I might have to go outside if this continues...
