Nation Industrial Proxy
Forces Required: • 3 - 5 pilots
Military Intelligence: Your primary objective is to clear the local asteroid colony of hostile Sansha forces.
This is a target of opportunity, and has minimal impact on the larger anti-Sansha campaign.
Rewards: • 50,000 ISK × ratio • 50 CONCORD LP × ratio
Background Intelligence: Small scale Sansha settlements have been reported with increasing frequency since the beginning of the Nation’s conventional incursion into empire space and abroad. Although these minor colonies may not appear to pose a significant threat, when considered collectively, they are an undoubtedly serving as a powerful, decentralized auxiliary network of stations and industrial depots. Sansha’s plan appears to rely in part on capsuleer apathy, and the presumption that minor annexations such as these will not attract military intervention.

Distress Beacon
Forces Required: • 3 - 5 pilots
Military Intelligence: Your primary objective is to assist a civilian Orca-class vessel currently being pinned down by Sansha forces. The Orca will be able to escape as soon as you can secure the area.
This is a target of opportunity, and has minimal impact on the larger anti-Sansha campaign.
Rewards: • 50,000 ISK × ratio • 50 CONCORD LP × ratio
Background Intelligence: Conventional Sansha attacks upon shipping and trade vessels have been drastically reduced in effectiveness over the last decades, thanks to heightened vigilance and a general increase in fleet preparedness. These factors alone make the new Sansha attacks relatively minor in scale. Although Sansha forces are selecting targets with a newfound sense of opportunism not traditionally demonstrated, they are nonetheless much the same attack patterns experienced in previous years. Adapting to the challenges of smarter target selection and improved military technologies remains the primary concern.

Forward Reconnaissance Outpost
Forces Required: • 3 - 5 pilots
Military Intelligence: Your primary objective is to destroy any Sansha vessels defending the transmitter arrays. Once the area is secured, surveillance teams can move in to backhack the Sansha information network.
This is a target of opportunity, and has minimal impact on the larger anti-Sansha campaign.
Rewards: • 50,000 ISK × ratio • 50 CONCORD LP × ratio
Background Intelligence: Sansha’s Nation forces have established forward outposts for the purpose of reconnaissance and minor communication relays between fleets. Although these outposts play a relatively minor role they are nonetheless contributing to the Nation’s larger influence over systems and must be considered equally troubling in this regard.

Propaganda Cluster
Forces Required: • 3 - 5 pilots
Military Intelligence: Your primary objective is to storm the Nation’s media control facility and destroy any defense forces you find there.
This is a target of opportunity, and has minimal impact on the larger anti-Sansha campaign.
Rewards: • 50,000 ISK × ratio • 50 CONCORD LP × ratio
Background Intelligence: The Nation’s influence over system-wide infrastructure is starting to be ruthlessly exploited to the maximum extent possible. Officers in some affected systems are now reporting that Sansha have blocked local news outlets and even emergency broadcast systems from transmitting vital data. Although there are a number of obvious tactical advantages to such a move, the nature and pattern of the Nation’s censorship is neither consistent nor predictable. There may be a more subtle and insidious goal behind these attacks or perhaps their jamming technology is not yet perfected. In either case, these propaganda clusters, although militarily insignificant, nonetheless pose a significant threat to the continued stability of densely populated planets and systems under attack.

Vanguard
Nation Mining Colony
Forces Required: • 5 - 10 pilots
Military Intelligence: Your primary objective is to destroy the Sansha’s Nation battle station. Clearing the area of hostile forces should decloak the Nation’s ore refinery. Mine the local Lyavite asteroids and transport the ore to the refinery. The chain reaction caused by refining the explosive ore will tear the battle station apart.
Rewards: • 15,000,000 ISK × ratio • 2,000 CONCORD LP × ratio
Background Intelligence: Sansha’s Nation has established semi-mobile mining colonies to aid in the harvesting of ore. Due to the unique nature of these operations, which incorporate new mining technologies and hundreds of willing miner slaves, the daily amount of ore extracted from these operations would be sufficient for the replacement of hundreds of battleships. DED’s conclusion is that these mining operations are a primary method of supplying the new Nation fleets with replacement vessels.
Further complicating matters is the demonstrated capability of this colony to disrupt local system-wide services. The exact nature of this technology is unknown, but appears to be dependent upon first establishing a system-wide presence. If the Sansha can be removed quickly, their potential impact upon the affected systems will be limited.

Nation Commander Outpost
Forces Required: • 5 - 10 pilots
Military Intelligence: Your primary objective is to destroy the Sansha’s Nation fleet amassing here, including any commanders present.
Rewards: • 15,000,000 ISK × ratio • 2,000 CONCORD LP × ratio
Background Intelligence: Veterans of the earlier Nation resurgence, those chiefly responsible for coordinating the planetary invasions, have made this mobile fortress their base of operations. DED surveillance has reported a range of key Nation personnel moving in and out of these temporary headquarters, although it is rare for any two to be in the same place at once, suggesting Nation is spreading its expertise across multiple facilities in order to minimize risk.
Intelligence suggests the primary role of these commanders has changed from leading large-scale planetary invasions to covert raids, as well as other special operations outside of the usual assignments handled by the larger Nation force.

Override Transfer Array
Forces Required: • 5 - 10 pilots
Military Intelligence: Your objective is to destroy the Sansha’s Nation fleet amassing here. They will be making use of logistics arrays, so disabling them may be advisable.
Rewards: • 15,000,000 ISK × ratio • 2,000 CONCORD LP × ratio
Background Intelligence: One of the most significant evolutions in the Nation’s strategy has been the move away from abducting planetary populations. Their new tactical doctrine, which relies in part upon system-wide capsule interference, is clearly focused on limiting the power and influence of the capsuleer class.
The technology underlying the system-wide capsule overrides is not dissimilar to CONCORD’s own Tracking and Response System (TRS). Where it veers into new territory is in the application of new technologies designed to override local resources in ways previously thought impossible. Intelligence gathered by DED operatives strongly suggests that this facility is chiefly responsible for establishing these overrides.

Assault
Overwhelmed Civilian Facility
Forces Required: • 10 - 20 pilots
Military Intelligence: Your objective is to intercept the departing Sansha’s Nation fleets and rescue the captured civilians from their smuggler freights. Once you have filled the freighter it will evacuate the remaining civilians and your assignment will be complete.
Rewards: • 26,000,000 ISK × ratio • 5,000 CONCORD LP × ratio
Background Intelligence: Shortly after appearing to change their strategic focus to capsuleers, reports began amassing of Nation forces launching smaller-scale attacks on remote or poorly defended space stations. The purpose of these attacks remains unknown, but may be as simple as serving to bolster their numbers without launching a full-scale planetary invasion. The targets of these invasions are seemingly random, and no commonality between the highly disparate attacks has yet been found.
ISHAEKA-0076 has recommended the authorization of capsuleer forces in assisting with these attacks in order to provide the most rapid and effective response available.

Nation Consolidation Network
Forces Required: • 10 - 20 pilots
Military Intelligence: Your objective is to split your forces, clear a path to the Nation’s staging area, and destroy the fleet you find there. Sansha defenders have designed their security to separate capsuleer forces, but once both sides have breached the final area you will be able to reunite.
Rewards: • 26,000,000 ISK × ratio • 5,000 CONCORD LP × ratio
Background Intelligence: The newly-acquired ability of Nation forces to override local system control has not yet been fully understood, and as a result, Nation forces are able to drastically affect contested systems over time, reducing the capabilities of capsuleers within their domain of control. Much of the technology used to aid this cause can be found at any of their mobile “consolidation network” facilities. This and other intelligence suggests that these complexes are primarily responsible for the initial propagation of system-wide interference.

Nation Commander Stronghold
Forces Required: • 10 - 20 pilots
Military Intelligence: Your objective is to locate the Nation commander and assassinate them. Once you have separated the commander from the rest of the Sansha fleet they will scatter and flee.
Rewards: • 26,000,000 ISK × ratio • 5,000 CONCORD LP × ratio
Background Intelligence: Intelligence and other supporting evidence have revealed that this facility is being used as a rally point for senior capsuleer commanders within Sansha’s Nation. When one of these leaders is killed in combat or their forces routed by capsuleer counterattack, this is where they are re-cloned, and where they retreat to.
In light of this functionality, the strategic value of these outposts must be considered. By directly attacking the nexus of pro-Nation leadership, capsuleers will be able to limit the level of coordination and efficiency amongst attack squads.

Headquarters
True Power Provisional Headquarters
Forces Required: • 20 - 40 pilots
Military Intelligence: Your objective is to secure a path to True Power’s Mobile HQ and then destroy it. You will need to pass through three layers of security before you will arrive at the station. Sansha commanders will attempt to reinforce the area en-masse if you give them time to, so be sure to bring pilots to breach their defenses quickly.
Rewards: • 45,000,000 ISK × ratio • 10,000 CONCORD LP × ratio
Background Intelligence: True Power, the leading corporation within Sansha’s Nation, has acquired the means to establish provisional headquarters in areas of their choosing. The exact nature of these operations or how such large complexes are established so quickly remains unknown. The use of mobile nano-factories is strongly suspected, and would help account for the rapidity of setup. It is also possible that rogue drone technology, or even worker drones themselves, are for some reason assisting in the rapid deployment of these battle stations, although this remains unconfirmed.
The strategic value of these outposts is significant. Nation can re-equip local fighting forces at a moment’s notice, transmit instructions and battle reports along secure lines, and rally retreating Nation forces that have been ejected from other strongholds, which are always in close proximity to the larger headquarters for this reason.

True Creations Research Center
Forces Required: • 20 - 40 pilots
Military Intelligence: Your objective is to secure the area around the True Creations Research Center and then destroy the station itself. You will have to commandeer their prototype weapon in order to disable the station’s shielding.
Rewards: • 45,000,000 ISK × ratio • 10,000 CONCORD LP × ratio
Background Intelligence: True Creations is suspected to be chiefly responsible for the re-cloning and implantation of abducted planetside civilians. In addition to this role they spearhead the development and application of new technologies. DED surveillance teams have noted, on repeated occasions now, that True Creations is now deploying mobile research centers directly to the field of battle.
Normally choosing to hide these sorts of centers well from view, this move of theirs is not fully understood. Current research is investigating the potential role these supposedly “observatory” facilities are playing in the larger battle. The proximity of these research centers to the front lines is something that will take some time to fully investigate and understand.

Nation Rebirth Facility
Forces Required: • 20 - 40 pilots
Military Intelligence: Your objective is to destroy the Sansha fleet guarding the cloning facility. You will not be able to destroy the facility itself, your only objective is to remove the defensive fleet.
Rewards: • 45,000,000 ISK × ratio • 10,000 CONCORD LP × ratio
Background Intelligence: Although many parts of the Nation’s cloning process are still not fully documented and understood, a few central aspects of the logistics behind their battlefield applications are clearly visible. Front-line cloning is handled in complexes that self-identify as “Nation Rebirth Facilities.” Since this facility enables rapid reinforcement of the Nation’s squadrons, its tactical importance must not be underestimated. For its own part, the Nation understands this potential weakness, and has made sure that cloning facilities are both highly mobile and heavily defended.

Flagship
The Kundalini Manifest
Forces Required: • 30 - 50 pilots
Military Intelligence: Your primary objective is to locate the Sansha‘s Nation flagship and destroy it. The destruction of this vessel will bring the local incursion to a halt.
Rewards: • 90,000,000 ISK × ratio • 20,000 CONCORD LP × ratio
Background Intelligence: The construction of the first Sansha Supercarrier is believed to have begun as early as ten decades ago, during the slow but steady resurgence of Nation forces in Stain. Various blueprints, technical documents and other evidence suggested a large-scale construction project, although a starship was not the primary suspicion at the time.
The exact technical specifications of the vessel remain unknown. Limited intelligence suggests improvements made to the jump drive calibrators, allowing unprecedented jump ranges, although this is currently unconfirmed.
The crew aboard these flagship vessels is constituted of civilians abducted during the initial planetary invasions. During one engagement with the flagship, segments of crew were ejected following an explosion deep inside the hull. DNA analyses of these crew members confirmed their origins.

Uroborus
Forces Required: • 30 - 50 pilots
Military Intelligence: Your primary objective is to locate the Sansha‘s Nation flagship and destroy it. The destruction of this vessel will bring the local incursion to a halt.
Rewards: • 90,000,000 ISK × ratio • 20,000 CONCORD LP × ratio
