Please note: These drop from a few places. The Nefantar ruins in Barkrik spawn 3 Hacker NPC Ships every half hour, or you can try any of the other complexes. There is also a complex in hjoramold planet X moon 17 that has 1 Maru Hacker in the first room right at the warp in. Be warned that the Maru Hackers can web and scramble.
