Carden Syndicate (Player corporation)
Carden Syndicate is generalist corperation based in Esoteria and the co-founder of Cartel Syndicate.
History
Carden Syndicate started as a franchise of Sublime LLC in Sublime Creations Alliance. The corporation’s goal was to be the black op arm of the alliance as well as being involved in drug production. Due to this all corporation members were expected to train for covert ops ships and then progress into other black ops fleet ships. However due to the unavailability of gas in the home regions of Sublime Creations Alliance (though gas clouds were only a few jumps away and were controlled by the friendly alliances AAA and Red Overlord) drug production was unable to be implemented. With the discovery of wormholes Carden Syndicate also looked to expand its fledgling industry into T3 production. The corporation also began to further expanded into industry with acquirement of a number of battleship BPO’s, which also had the effect of making the corporation slightly more generalist in nature.
As the industrial side of the corporation began to grow larger the corporations goals began to conflict with a restrictive alliance policy on building rights, as well as other issues. Due to this the members of Carde syndicate, as well as other members in the alliance, began to demand for change in the alliance policy. However the alliance leader, Lord Rancules, failed to implement any change. The members of Carden Syndicate then discussed possible course of action and finally decided to leave the alliance to form their own alliance.
Carden Syndicate was one of the co-founders of Cartel Syndicate along with Hungarian Rifle Regiment. Under the new alliance Carden Syndicate has become a generalist alliance that focuses on providing a strong industrial arm as well as a combat arm. The corporation has also obtained in capital ships BPO’s and plans to begin construction of them once Cartel Syndicate gains sovereignty 4 over its home constellation.
Managment Structure
The corporation operates under democratic managerial system, though executive decisions can be made by the CEO and directors. The CEO and directors form the corporation’s goals and the members of the alliance of corporation are able to vote on corp policy and discuss alternatives to current policy to meet these goals.

Recruitment
