Anti-pirate

Anti-pirate: The nemesis of the pirate.

Anti-pirates, more commonly called 'Anti-pies', are the people who uphold law and order in the low sec areas of New Eden. Generally, a person becomes an Anti-pie when they them selves have been wronged by a pirate. Seeking revenge, they will usually run into others seeking the same and form groups of players, corporations, or alliances to rid the world of evil.

Most Anti-pies are the more moral of New Eden. They will not shoot neutrals in low sec if they find them in belts. They may shoot them a wave, but thats it. They tend to only be interested in red flashy pirates, or reds. when hunting. This leads to engagesments spanning most low sec areas of space.

The most misunderstood part of being an anti-pie, is when said person, goes flashy red themselves. They then have to explain to others, who may not be familiar with them, why they are flashing. This is the result of engaging persons or corps who are set red, but flashing. Generally most anti-pies try to stay out of this state, simply to avoid the confusion.
