Bug report

I have been having a problem launching EVE. The launcher opens but will not launch the game properly, my task bar shows the program as not responding. I have tried a complete uninstall, and install. I have tried to launch in safe mode, didn't work. I have tried the repair EVE button and didn't work. I've tried deleting the launcher/cache files to download the latest launcher and it didn't work. I am running Windows 7, Google chrome is my default browser, 16 GB of ram Intel core i7 3.4 GB, Asus GTX 550 ti SLI x2. Sometimes I can launch eve when I first boot my computer, but only sometimes maybe once of every 5-8 restarts will the game work. If there are any suggestions to what I can do it would be a great help. Its strange that my desktop has problems running EVE but both my laptops didn't skip a beat.
