This is a template for expeditions that escalate from Unrated Combat sites. Available parameters are as follows:

Name

The name of the expedition

Rat

The name of the faction associated with the expedition (almost always the faction of the ships appearing within).

Sec

The security ratings of the space within which the expedition appears.

Regions

The regions of space within which the expedition appears.

Steps

The maximum number of escaltion steps for this expedition.
