Zach Dormondan

Zach Dormondan is an Amarrian who serves on the Privy Council. He is a deputy of the Imperial Chancellor. He is noted as being sharp and quick-witted. He was present on Emperor Heideran VII's Privy Council and continues to serve on the current one.[1]
